Kim Olson

Licensed Professional Counselor  (MA, LPC)

I work with people who are seeking relief from unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, or feelings that are disrupting their life and can lead to over-functioning on a daily basis to compensate. This over-compensating can leave you feeling anxious, empty, hopeless, and disconnected from yourself and others. If you would like to reclaim your energy and sense of control within, I can help.

I have years of experience helping people process and recover from anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, and life transitions. I am a nationally certified trauma therapist and have functioned as a meditation leader in various settings.

It takes courage to be vulnerable and ask for support. I am here to provide a safe and accepting space for you to integrate with your authentic self and shed what no longer serves you.
